Effective as of April 1, 2024, the following clause apply:
- Clause 6, pertaining to Penal Charges on EMI default, is applicable to customers whose loan sanction and disbursement occur subsequent to
April 1, 2024. - For existing customers, clause 6 (Penal Charges on EMI default) take effect from July 1, 2024.
